The History Of iOS Versions From 1.0 To 13.0

IOS 1

Initial version: Released on June 29, 2007

The initial version of Apple’s mobile operating system is called iOS 1. The initial iteration of the touch-based mobile operating system was this version of iOS. This version’s pre-installed system features included an iPod, videos, music, a Camera, a Calendar, Photos, Notes, Safari, a Phone, and a Calendar. The software’s initial iPod Touch compatibility was with this version.

IOS 2

Final version: 2.2.1. Released on January 27th, 2009

Initial version: Released on July 11, 2008

The third-party apps and system features made available for the iPod and iPhone Touch in iOS 2 were introduced. Calendar, Photos, Text, Camera, Weather, YouTube, Camera, Stocks, Maps, Clock, iTunes, Calculator, Notes,  App Store, and Settings were among the system features of this edition.
